Mindbody was in need of a design system that could easily scale across multiple product lines and device types (platforms), starting with its point-of-sale.
The point-of-sale was the most viewed screen in the software. Research determined the main reason for customer attrition was its usability.
We created a forward-looking design language that conveyed the essence of the Mindbody brand while improving usability.
